Jordan Lake Camp - An Evening Visiter

The Fuzz always has enjoyed the edge of the lake, sea or a river for that matter.

Even in the mountains, the creekside camps are the best.

It must be the interaction between the two different "worlds" and their interconnectedness that make these waterside camps so appealing.

Seems to be the way for most of us creatures.

Early in the evening, before dark The Fuzz was visited by this fellow.

He didn't seem bothered by The Fuzz's proximity at all.

Actually he was kind of a Ham about it all…

And he was back the next night as well.

And we all know Our Fuzz can't resist trying for a nice shot when he finds one.

But soon it will be dark and that will be another Photo-Op.

Lake Camping

The Fuzz recently got to campout over at Jordan Lake.

Of course he took his little boat along in the hope of doing a little fishing…

Which usually amounts to more like

"Feeding the Fish"

But the weather was nice with no rain, which is always good for camping.

So here are a few pix.

Car Show Cont.

On the last post, The Fuzz showed a few of these spiffy motor vehicles that were at the Car Show.  Well, he has a few more pix and this is the place for them.

It does kinda look like it.

Car Show

This past weekend there was a car show in conjunction with some other festivals in town.

There were a lot of cars there.

This one was pretty much limited to European vehicles.

There were a lot to look at and it kept The Fuzz occupied for most of the morning.

Wading

Back… Sorta…

It has been pointed out to The Fuzz that it has been awhile since there was a new post at Kinda Fuzzy.  It is true that life has been a bit complicated for him lately, but that is no excuse.

So here's a quick post, just to show that Our Fuzz is still living.

He wants everyone to know that he had been busy.  There's been a bit of moving furniture, gardening and travel.

And he has managed to get the boat wet a few times…

And tries to catch a few fish now and again.

And just to get something up here, we have this "Gaggle" of geese he saw up at the lake a few days ago.

The quality wasn't so great, so he tried to artisticalize it a bit.

He does hope to be back around here again before too long…

But you know how those things go…

Afternoon at the River

The Fuzz decided to take advantage of the return of warm weather to have a walk over at the Broad River Greenway.

There were a lot of turtles out enjoying the sun as well.

So he couldn't resist a few pix.

Some of those rocks got a bit crowded.

There was a bit of a thunderstorm that came up, but our Fuzz managed to stay reasonably dry - although he was briefly concerned about his camera.
