A Botanical Break

The afternoon was wearing on; and if The Fuzz and His Sweetie were going to make it to their next stop, they would have to get a move on.
And the next stop was...

With this sort of thing what can be said?
So We'll just post some pix.

This was pretty impressive...

Quite possibly the best that The Fuzz has seen...
in his limited Botanical Garden Experience.

And there were a number of these Kinetical Stainless Steel Sculptures around the garden.

Wind Power,
Pretty Cool?

There seemed to be a lot of these little guys everywhere The Fuzz went.

The Fuzz and His Sweetie could have spent a lot more time here.
With only an hour till closing time, all they really got was a quick overview of it all.

Then it was back to their camp.

Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden III

After all, this is about the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden.  Well we've seen the ZimSculpt, but where's the Botanical?
Well, The Fuzz does not want to leave the Botanical out.
So he presents a few Botanical Pix for your enjoyment.

Fountains are big at Stowe also.

And not to forget the trees
Next time we'll visit the Orchid house.

Daniel Stowe Gardens

It is true that The Fuzz has not done very well as of late in keeping Kinda Fuzzy current.  It is a lame excuse, but he has been busy- sorta.  Yesterday, he and His Sweetie went over to the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens.

They had been trying to work this into their busy schedule.  This is a nice time of year over there, even though the summer is drawing to a close.
On the way in, they had to stop for this guy on the road.
The Fuzz got out to make his picture, but apparently he didn't appreciate this.  He took off for the pond.
Once he hit the water, he was gone in a flash.  (or should that be "splash")  All he left behind was this trail of muddy water.

At the gardens they were able to view this special event.

"ZimSculpt, a collection of spectacular sculptures by some of the world most-renowned artists practicing Shona sculpture."

The Sculptures were spread throughout the garden.  This was a pretty nice way to view them.

The Fuzz will try to get a few pix up for y'all.
