The Fuzz used to think that Cats were wise and mysterious and real deep. He now suspects that they're just dumb. Be that as it may, this seems like a chance to gather Cat Poet Stuff for the Poetry Corner. I have not poetry to add today but I will pass on a bit of wisdom our cat Cricket tells us many times a day:
"it's not easy being furry"
and I think even the FUZZ can agree with that!
Cats are fuzzy
Cats are furry
Cats don't seem to
Have a worry
warm fur we have
but we aren't dumb
we'd gladly trade
our fur for thumbs
Ain't thumbs great ?
But cats are out of luck
'Tis a pitty but it's true
Not having thumbs must suck.
Cats love big balls of yarn,
They play with paws that wack,
If they lick themselves too much,
You'll discover a puddle of yack!
some folks w/ thumbs suck, too.
cats are rude
cats are stinky
cats refuse to lift a pinky
cats are shifty
cats don't smile
cats think you have no taste or style
cats are proud
cats love to boast
when you turn your back
cats eat your toast
