The Old and the New

With all this business about a new place, It seemed like a good time to have a look at a bit of the old place.

And so, The Fuzz would like to present this sketch by one of our lesser known local artists. He thinks it is pretty nice.

We are still a long way from moving though.
But things are moving along. Today, The Fuzz picked up our new back door. If he gets lucky he may get it installed tomorrow. There are lots of screws involved in that, and since his trusty cordless screwdriver/drill thing is history, he made a trip over to the Super Big Home Improvement Place.
They had sent him a flier informing him of a great deal on a new screwdriver/drill. This piece of power equipment came with not 1, but 2 batteries, and even a flashlight! But when he got there he found that alas, there were none. There was, of course, a more expensive model available. He tried to buy the display model, but they seemed unable to find the batteries. The Fuzz figured the thing wouldn't be much good without those things and so gave up on that.
But he did find and purchase a (hopefully) suitable substitute, which is at this moment being charged up in anticipation of tomorrow's door replacement.
