Springtime
These are our "Money Plants". Unfortunately it won't be the spendable type of "Money". Here in North Carolina our new governor wants to raise the tax on beer! The fuzz recently reported on this over in the UK. But now it seems to be headed our way.
"...a $1-per-pack increase on cigarettes and a 5 percent surcharge on all alcohol purchases..."
Makes one glad not to smoke. But Beer is a necessity. This is a low blow indeed.And here's a look at some of our new Violets. Happy Springtime!

Brew your own. You end up with 5 gallons at a whack. That is about 52 twelve ounce bottles.
I've done this, but not lately.
I seem to remember some bottles exploding when you brewed something..... Like the pics of the flowers :-)
is it just beer or wine, too? I find it surprising given the state is pushing vineyards as away for old tobacco farms to move on.
