sin tax always seems easier to pass than others, but this seems to take it a bit far. I wonder if sales cold go underground.... been working on talking the hubbie into making beer again, but he thinks he has no time for it... :(

OK - Ill go along with that tax.
But I get to define what "one unit" of alcohol is :)
Beer will actually become cheaper. "One unit" will be a VERY large number.
